Due to the nature of our products (consumable health supplements) and for the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason once an order has been shipped.

  • No "Satisfaction" Refunds: We do not offer a money-back guarantee or refunds based on customer dissatisfaction with product results, taste, or preference.

  • Exceptions: Your purchases are subject to replacement only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Non-Commercial Use: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Nutribliss Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
