At Nutribliss, we are committed to providing premium-grade supplements at the most competitive prices possible. To maintain these high standards of quality and affordability, we adhere to a strict Final Sale policy.

1. Consumables & Health Products (Final Sale)

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety of all our customers, all supplement, food, and personal care items are considered Final Sale. * No Returns/Refunds: Once a product has left our controlled distribution center, we cannot verify its storage conditions or integrity. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer "money-back" satisfaction refunds.

  • Safety First: This policy aligns with industry standards for consumable goods to prevent tampering and ensure every customer receives a factory-sealed, untainted product.

2. General Final Sale Categories

In addition to supplements, the following items are strictly non-refundable and ineligible for return or exchange:

  • Apparel & Accessories: Including mugs, clothing, and gear.

  • Digital & Physical Media: Including books (e.g., The Healing Web) and guides.

  • Discounted Items: Any items purchased on sale, via clearance, or using Rewards Points.

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Quality Assurance & Shipping Errors

While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "dissatisfaction with taste/effect," we stand by the physical integrity of our shipments.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us at contact@nutriblissproducts.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: Verified claims for damage or shipping errors will be resolved via replacement only. We will ship the correct/undamaged product at our expense.

  • Requirement: Please include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.

4. International & Payment Policy

  • Domestic Only: Nutribliss currently ships only within the USA. All international third-party forwarding purchases are ineligible for any claims.

  • Payment Method: Any approved refunds (limited strictly to shipping errors where a replacement is unavailable) will only be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
