30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Final Sale Policy

 

We stand firmly behind the quality and effectiveness of every Nutribliss supplement. We want you to feel confident trying our products. Our policy is designed to give first-time buyers a risk-free trial, while maintaining a strict final sale status on all other purchases.


 

1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Buyers Only)

 

If you are a first-time purchaser of a specific Nutribliss product and are not completely satisfied after 30 days, we will honor our Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the original purchase date to initiate your request.
  • Scope: The guarantee applies only to the first order of a specific product formula.
  • Refund: We will process a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges originally paid. The Money-Back Guarantee is limited to per Product, not Flavors (e.g., if you try a second flavor of the same protein, the guarantee does not apply).

 

How to Initiate the Guarantee Request:

 

Since we do not accept physical returns, simply follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to contact@nutriblissproducts.com with the subject line: "30-Day Guarantee Request."
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.

Note: You do not need to ship the physical product back to us.

 

Multiple Items Exception:

 

If your first order includes multiples of the same product (e.g., 3 identical bottles), the Money-Back Guarantee will cover a refund for one of those items (as long as the request is within 30 days). You may receive store credit for the remaining items in that same first-time order.


 

2. Final Sale Policy, Exclusions, and Exceptions

 

We do not offer exchanges. All sales are generally considered FINAL SALE.

 

Categories Always Final Sale:

 

All items below are not eligible for any refund or return, including the 30-Day Guarantee:

  • Supplements, Personal Care, and Food items (except as covered under the first-time buyer guarantee).
  • Discounted or Discontinued Items.
  • All Clothing and Accessories (e.g., mugs, apparel).
  • All Books (e.g., The Healing Web or similar guides).
  • Products purchased using Rewards points.

 

Gift Card Exception:

 

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be used for Subscriptions, and are not subject to the 30-Day Guarantee.
  • Any purchase made with a Gift Card is non-refundable.

 

3. Shipping, Quality, and Payment Information

 

 

Quality-Related Issues

 

We stand behind the quality of our products. Any requests for a quality-related issue (e.g., a defect) must be evaluated. Please contact Customer Care at contact@nutriblissproducts.com with your order number and relevant details for a resolution.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If an order arrives damaged or if the wrong product was shipped, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly send a replacement product at our expense. Damaged or incorrect items are handled via replacement only.

 

Refund Processing Details

 

  • We can only refund the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, the refund may be forfeited.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to be received by the customer, though this may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
  • We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.
  • Orders paid by cashier check or money order will receive a check via mail only to the original billing name and address. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.

 

 

International Orders

 

Per our Shipping Policy, orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for returns or the Money-Back Guarantee. Nutribliss ships only within the United States.
